호주 비자는 다양하게 있고, 그리고 직업군에 따라서 신청 할 수 있는 비자들이 달라집니다. 참고를 하자면, 우리는 호주 이민성에 정리되어 있는 Skilled Occupation List에서 확인 할 수 가 있습니다. 

 

예를 들자면, 호주 skiled occupation list에 기제된 Actor 입니다.

아래와 같이 신청 할 수 있는 비자 리스트가 적혀져있으며, 이 직업군에 해당하는 occuation list 는 바로 ROL 입니다. 😀

호주 494 비자는 영어로 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional Visa 입니다. 여기서 494는 비자 고유 넘버 Subclass 입니다. 

 

자 Skilled 는, 기술을 가지고 있는 

Employer Sponsored는, 회사가 스폰서가 되는거구요,

Regional 외곽지역 이란 뜻입니다.

 

자 바로 외곽지역에서있는 회사가 기술을 가지고 있으신 분에게 주는 비자가 되는겁니다. 여기서 중요한 내용은 바로 외곽지역이 되겠죠! 이 외곽지역은 호주 이민성에서 지정한 우편번호가 있습니다.

 

494 비자에서의 Stream은 총 3개가 있습니다.

1. Employer sponsored stream (회사체)

2. Labour Agreement Stream (노동협약)

3. Subsequent Entrant (가족이 494비자 중간에 묶을때)

 

494비자는 총 5년의 비자를 받게 됩니다.

494비자를 소지하게 된다면,

1. 지정된 외곽지역에서 거주하고, 일하고, 공부를 약 비자기간 5년동안 할 수 있습니다.

2. 약 비자기간 5년동안 자유롭게 호주를 왕래할수가 있습니다.

3. 자격이 주어진다면, 494비자 3년후에 영주권을 신청 할 수가 있습니다.

 

494비자를 신청하고자 한다면,

1. 관련된 직업군 리스트에서 일에 관한 노미네이션(지명)을 받아야 합니다.

2. 지명받은 직업군에 대해, 약 3년간의 경력이 있어야 합니다.

3. 면제가 가능한 직업군을 제외 한 나머지 기술심사를 받아야합니다.

4. 스폰을 해준 업체를 위하여 일을 하여야합니다.

5. 나이는 약 45세 이하여야 합니다.

6. Standard of English 레벨을 맞추셔야 합니다.
